Context

When I read "Illythians," my first thought was the illithids from Dungeons & Dragons, but that can't be right. I couldn't find any place called Illythia. In fact, a search of "Illythia" turned up this antagonist from the American TV series, Spartacus. Also, Ilithya seems to be the name of the Greek goddess of childbirth.

But, alas, no location for "Illythians" to call home. I suppose there was the area of the West Balkan Peninsula that used to be called Illyria, as well as the fictional Illyria from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night.
