Context
I couldn't find any reference to an onyx castle or an accompanying city in Japanese history or mythology, but I did find that there were many castles in Japan, many of which are still standing.At least two of them have a black exterior: Matsumoto Castle and Okayama Castle, although they are both referred to as "crow castle" due to their color.
Damn I thought Onyx would be connected to Volkov and/or Diana but apparently....
ReplyDeleteOnyx, the legend, is connected to Volkov (and possibly Diana). It's just that Onyx's castle is in Batavia, while the "City of the Onyx Castle" is in the Twilight Realm.
ReplyDeleteOnyx (the legend) and the Onyx Castle are not related, as far as I know.
