Context
I found a lot of info about
Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany, but nothing about a Royal Sceptre from there. I'm not sure if there ever was a Royal Sceptre of Hamburg. Maybe the fact that it doesn't exist or goes by a completely different name is what makes it as difficult to steal as the Sphinx's nose or an emperor's beard.
