Context

"Eastlands" could refer to a shopping center in Tasmania, an area near the Kenyan capital of Nairobi,  the site of the City of Manchester Stadium, or just an area of east Manchester in England. Yeah, it's probably that last one.

Manchester is a county in east central England. "Marshal" is an elevated military rank. Specifically (and not surprisingly), the highest ranking military officer, usually commanding a legion of cavalry.
