Searches for the specific phrase "anchor and pistol" turns up stock images of pirate emblems like the ones you see here. There are some real places out there called the Anchor Tavern, however. In any case, it seems clear that The Anchor and Pistol is simply a fun name for a tavern in a pirate setting. I wouldn't be surprised if that name came up in any of these tavern name generators.
