Context

We've seen several varieties of giants and titans in other legends' lore pages. The name "Troll Titan" doesn't seem to be a reference to any specific creature or character. Rather, I think it just describes the former Iron Legion commander: a titan-sized troll.

A troll is generally a mean, ugly creature that lives in caves or other natural hiding spots. A titan (in mythology) is a race of deities. In Greek mythology, the titans were the generation before Zeus. Thus, my conclusion for now is that the Troll Titan is a really big, nasty troll.
