Context
In the Egyptian pantheon,
Khnum is indeed a ram-headed god, although there seems to be no connection with slavery or "Panther People." Instead, Khnum was considered a creator and protector, the original source of the Nile River, and the one who creates humans from clay of a potter's wheel.
